Over the years we have expanded our menu of services to include measurements and photography. All of our appraisers are state licensed, certified appraisers. Tim graduated from East Carolina University in 1989 with a BSBA in Finance and a Concentration in Real Estate. In 1991, he became a certified appraiser while working with Hitchens Appraisal Group in Charlotte, NC and then moved to Raleigh, NC.
Tim began McNamara & Company Residential Real Estate Appraisers in Raleigh in 1994. McNamara & Company has thrived since its inception based on Tim’s work ethic and market focus. Tim’s immense knowledge of the marketplace, attention to detail, and customer service have enabled clients to focus on what they do best. He continuously trains and develops others to become appraisers and/or measurement specialists and often speaks to real estate groups about trends, markets, analysis of home values, etc.
